Saavuttaessa huomioitavaa / Things to note on arrival:
Tapahtumaan osallistuaksesi tarvitset kuvallisen henkilöllisyystodistuksen (henkilö- tai ajokortti, passi tai vastaava) lipun lunastamista varten. Mikäli sinulla ei ole tarvittavaa asiakirjaa, ota yhteyttä etukäteen vaihtoehtojen selvittämiseksi. Kuva henkilöllisyystodistuksesta mobiililaitteessa ei kelpaa todistukseksi.

To attend the event, you will need a photo ID (ID card, driving licence, passport or equivalent) to redeem your ticket. If you do not have the required document, please get in touch with us in advance to clarify your options. A photo of the ID on a mobile device will not be accepted as proof.

Aikataulu / Schedule
Hotellille voi saapua ennen tapahtuman alkamista. Sisäänkirjautuminen alkaa kello 16:00 hotellin aulassa - You can arrive at the hotel before the event starts. Check-in starts at 16:00 in the hotel lobby.

Henkilöiden, jotka eivät ole ostaneet hotellilta majoitusta, tulee poistua hotellin alueelta tapahtuman päätyttyä - Persons who have not purchased accommodation from the hotel must leave the hotel premises at the end of the event.
