Tapahtumahinnoitellut huoneet ovat osallistujien käytettävissä perjantai-lauantai- ja lauantai-sunnuntai-öinä. Saadaksesi tapahtumahinnoittelun, käytä rekisteröitymisen yhteydessä annettua ryhmäkoodia hotellin varausjärjestelmässä.

Rooms with event rates will be available for participants on Friday-Saturday and Saturday-Sunday nights. To obtain event pricing, please use the group code provided during registration when booking at the hotel's system.


Miten / How?
Lipunmyynti alkaa 1.12. 20:00. Seuraa tällöin sivua https://northernlights.finfur.net/ . Huomaa: Mahdolliset lippujen siirrot on tehtävä valmiiksi viimeistään tapahtumaa edeltävänä päivänä.

Ticket sales open on December 1st, 20:00 (EET). At that time, go to: https://northernlights.finfur.net/ . Note: Possible ticket transfers must be completed by the day preceding the event.


Saavuttaessa huomioitavaa / Things to note on arrival:
Hotellilla on ulkopuolinen pysäköinninvalvonta. Muista siis ilmoittaa rekisterinumerosi ja osallistumisesi NLFD:hen hotellin infoon heti saapuessasi.

Huomaathan, että tapahtumaan osallistuaksesi tarvitset kuvallisen henkilöllisyystodistuksen (henkilö- tai ajokortti, passi tai vastaava) lipun lunastamista varten. Mikäli sinulla ei ole tarvittavaa asiakirjaa, ota yhteyttä etukäteen vaihtoehtojen selvittämiseksi. Kuva henkilöllisyystodistuksesta mobiililaitteessa ei kelpaa todistukseksi.

The hotel has external parking control. Please remember to report your vehicle’s license plate number and your participation in NLFD to the hotel info desk upon arrival.

Please note that you will need a photo ID (identity card, driver’s license, passport, or equivalent) to collect your ticket. If you do not have the required document, please get in touch with us in advance to explore alternative options. A photo of an ID on a mobile device will not be accepted as proof of identification.


Aikataulu / Schedule
Hotellille voi saapua ennen tapahtuman alkamista. Sisäänkirjautuminen tapahtumaan alkaa kello 16:00 hotellin aulassa - You can arrive at the hotel before the event starts. Check-in for the event starts at 4:00 p.m. in the hotel lobby.

Henkilöiden, jotka eivät ole ostaneet hotellilta majoitusta, tulee poistua hotellin alueelta tapahtuman päätyttyä kello 02:00 - Persons who have not purchased accommodation from the hotel must leave the hotel premises at the end of the event at 2:00 a.m..

DJ-lista julkaistaan noin 3 viikkoa ennen tapahtumaa. Haku aukeaa, kun lipunmyynti alkaa. Seuraa FinFur tiedotuskanavia! - The DJ lineup will be published approximately three weeks before the event. Applications will open when the ticket sales begin. Follow FinFur's announcement channels!

Tapahtumapaikan baari on käteisvapaa, varaa mukaan maksukortti.

Omat alkoholijuomat ovat sallittuja vain hotellihuoneissa tai hotellialueen ulkopuolella ilman häiriötä naapurustolle.

Hotellin käytävät ja huoneet ovat rauhallisia alueita. Niissä pyydämme huomioimaan melun ja järjestyssäännöt. Lupa juhlia äänekkäästi löytyy kellaritilasta, jossa tanssit järjestetään, sekä kellariravintolan aulasta ja vastaanoton läheisestä oleskelualueesta.

Pyydämme kaikkia osallistujia noudattamaan tapahtuman ohjeita ja hotellin järjestyssääntöjä.

The bar at the venue is cash-free, so bring your payment card.

Personal alcoholic beverages may only be consumed in your hotel room or outside the hotel premises, provided that no disturbance is caused to the surrounding neighbourhood.

The hotel corridors and guest rooms are designated quiet areas. Please be mindful of noise and follow the hotel’s house rules in these spaces. A louder celebration is welcome in the basement area where the dances take place, as well as in the basement lounge and the seating area near the reception.

We kindly ask all participants to follow the event guidelines and the hotel’s house rules at all times.
